Our beef is sourced locally from Thatcher Farms, who provide quality, healthy, humanely raised meats. Many factors go into their hormone and additive free beef: from the micro-climate of Eramosa Township, to the care that goes into raising their livestock, to the work of their skilled in-house butchers.
All beef products are delivered frozen and wrapped in biodegradable soy wax paper and compostable/ recyclable butcher paper.
