Refund policy
The quality and consistency of our products is of primary concern to us. If you’re ever unhappy with a product, we will credit you or provide a replacement or alternative to you at no cost on your next order. Depending on the issue we may ask for the product to be returned to help us identify any issues. We ask that any concerns are brought forward within 2 days of receiving your order to ensure we can deal with any issues quickly.
Milk & Dairy products - We guarantee a minimum of 5 days for best before dates and will process a refund on any product issue identified within 1 week of delivery. We recommend avoiding storing dairy products in fridge doors to ensure shelf life.
Returns for jar and tote deposits must be made within one year of delivery to be eligible for a credit or refund. If bags are not left out for a scheduled tote pickup there will be a $6 fee for a second attempt.
