An Important Announcement

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Zerocery will not be returning after our Christmas break and this will be our final week of deliveries.

 With our overall costs set to increase drastically this coming year, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. In order to move forward we would have to significantly raise our prices and become something we very much did not want to be. 

We want to say a very sincere THANK YOU to our incredible customers that have supported us over the last 4.5 years. Whether you've ordered 1 time, or 101 times, thank you for choosing local and supporting Zerocery. 

*Please read below for important information around final orders and for an exciting announcement from Full Circle Foods, who will be expanding their delivery route and offerings, taking over from where Zerocery left off.

We have sent out all jar deposits returned up until this week to be used on final orders. For returns you are planning to send back this week, please indicate the total in the "Order Notes" section that can be found in your cart and we will adjust your order total with those deposit returns. 

For orders being placed this week, all Zerocery jar deposits have been removed from product pricing. We hope you can reuse or reycle any jars from the final order!

Starting in January, Full Circle Foods will be offering weekly zero-waste deliveries in Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph. As downtown Kitchener’s local and zero-waste bulk food store, Full Circle has been one of our trusted partners since the beginning, supplying most of Zerocery’s dry goods in returnable glass jars. They are working hard to add many more of your favourite Zerocery products to their inventory. Stay tuned for an update on those delivery details in the coming weeks!
