Zerocery Updates During COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 virus, there has been a surge in demand for direct-to-home grocery delivery.

Delivery Dates - In order to give our amazing local vendors time to prep our orders we have moved up our weekly order cutoff to 10 AM Sunday for same week delivery.


Contactless Delivery - a delivery confirmation email will be sent out on the afternoon of your scheduled delivery date (deliveries typically go out between 3-9pm). Once the driver has dropped off your Zeroceries at your doorstep, they will immediately send you a text to confirm your delivery. If you are in an apartment, your driver will text you when they are 10 minutes away, and again once your order is left with either your concierge or in your lobby. 

Sanitization and Safety - In addition to the precautions we take on a daily basis (thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces at our packing site, our delivery vans as well as all reusable items you return - totes, jars, ice packs), we are taking extra measures. This goes without saying, but employees experiencing any symptoms will stay home from work. Starting tomorrow, all deliveries will be contact-free. Deliveries will be left on your doorstep, and we will notify you by text once your order has been delivered. Before and after each delivery, drivers will thoroughly sanitize their hands. We are also working with our incredible suppliers to ensure we’re all on board with the measures necessary to keep our community safe.
