Locally made curryåÊbuns. A tasty plant-based twist to the traditional pork buns!
Steam: Arrange buns in a steamer or colander and place inside any pot filled with a little water. Cover and leave water to boil for 10-15 mins.
Microwave: Arrange buns in a dish. Put a small amount of water in a small bowl and microwave together for 1 minute.
Dough: Enriched flour, water, sugar, vegetable shortening, yeast, baking powder.
Filling: Potato, soy protein, curry powder, vegetable oil, mushroom seasoning (mushroom powder, mushroom extract, vegetable extract, salt, sodium 5' guanylate), curry leaf.
Allergens: Soy, wheat.
