Seed To Sausages’ main focus is creating artisan cured meats from local, ethically raised, hormone and antibiotic-free pork. The pork is sourced as close to their facility as possible – within about 200km - from farms located in both Ontario and Quebec. Their criteria for sourcing pork looks first at food safety standards, then quality, certified humane & antibiotic free and finally, distance from their facility.
